All concert proceeds will go to the Minot Area Community Foundation's Minot Area Recovery Fund to assist the victims of the flooding in Minot and surrounding North Dakota communities.

About the Flood
On June 26, 2011, the Souris River set a new flood record in Minot at 1,561.72 feet above sea level, three feet above the record set back in 1881.
- 12,000 people displaced from their homes
- 20% of Minot sustained flood damage
- More than 4,100 homes damaged
- 2,376 homes had 6-10 feet of water
- 805 homes damaged beyond repair
